Custom store layouts by experienced design engineers through use of AutoCAD and Visio
Layouts are completed to customer’s preferences including precise dimensions and product placement
We will work with you and the architect to get your store designed exactly how you want

2. Stage

All products are received, sorted, and accounted for by Sullivan’s experienced Management Team
Each pallet is then labeled with its own packing slip, making it simple to find which part you are looking for
Shipment is also sent with a master packing slip, designating the item and its pallet location

3. Deliver & Install

SCS acts as a third party logistics leader and organizes for all product to be delivered on the customer’s chosen date and time
1 truck with all product needed!
On the install date and time of your choice, our experienced install team will arrive on site and begin fixturing your store
Depending on store size we will have your store complete in 1 – 2 days
All installers are experienced and OSHA safety trained/drug and alcohol tested
Can include Goodwill employees as installers
